Dear Sir or Madam,

we have to carry out security and performance relevant updates on our firewalls in DC3HAM Location. Some environments are affected, the corresponding customers were informed separately by e-mail.

We expect temporarely downtimes within the maintenance window.
The work will be carried out in the night from Thusday 3rd December 2019 to Wednesday 4th December 2019, the downtime is expected to be about 120 minutes in the time window from 20:00 in the evening till 3:00 in the morning.

The maintenances are scheduled for :
2019-12-03 from 20:00 till  2019-12-04 03:00 CET

We will test the systems after the maintenance window and inform you about the status.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir müssen sicherheits- und leistungsrelevante Updates an unseren Firewalls  in DC3HAM durchführen. Davon sind einige Umgebungen betroffen, die entsprechenden Kunden wurden separat per E-Mail informiert.

Wir erwarten temporäre Ausfallzeiten innerhalb des Wartungsfensters.
Die Arbeiten werden in der Nacht von Dienstag den 3.12.2019 auf Mittwoch den 04.12.2019 vorgenommen, die Downtime wird voraussichtlich 120 Minuten betragen in dem Zeitfenster von 20:00 Uhr abends – 3:00 Uhr morgens.

Die Wartungsarbeiten sind geplant für :
03.12.2019 von 20:00 bis 04.12.2019 um 03:00 Uhr MEZ 

Wir werden die Systeme nach dem Wartungsfenster testen und Sie über den Status informieren.

DC3HAM Maintenance on 16th November 2019 by CenturyLink is finished. No services were impacted. However if you encounter any problem please contact service@mcon-group.support.

please be informed about the following  scheduled network maintenance by our carrier CenturyLink. Century Link is expecting no Outage and no Downtime.

CenturyLink will be performing the annual black building test. This activity has been scheduled to validate all documented and authorised processes and procedures pertinent to electrical load transfers following a total commercial power failure to our Gateway facility and to ensure the back up systems are fully functional. The test will be arranged into several phases. CenturyLink M&E and the specialist M&E contractors will be available on-site to support this activity. All generator (EPG) and associated back up equipment will be fully tested prior to this maintenance and a call will be placed to the mains supplier to ensure there are no events on their network.

The maintenances are scheduled for :
2019-11-16 from 07:00 till 19:00 CET

We will test the systems after the maintenance window and inform you about the status.

hiermit möchten wir Sie über die folgenden planmäßigen Netzwerkwartungen durch unseren Carrier CenturyLink informieren. Century Link erwartet dabei keinen Ausfall und keine Unterbrechungen.

CenturyLink wird den jährlichen Black Building Test durchführen. Diese Aktivität wurde geplant, um alle dokumentierten und genehmigten Prozesse und Verfahren zu validieren, die für die Übertragung elektrischer Lasten nach einem vollständigen Stromausfall in unserer Gateway-Anlage relevant sind, und um sicherzustellen, dass die Backup-Systeme voll funktionsfähig sind. Der Test wird in mehrere Phasen eingeteilt. CenturyLink M&E und die spezialisierten M&E-Vertragspartner werden vor Ort zur Verfügung stehen, um diese Aktivität zu unterstützen. Alle Generatoren (EPG) und die dazugehörigen Backup-Geräte werden vor dieser Wartung vollständig getestet und der Netzbetreiber wird angerufen, um sicherzustellen, dass es in seinem Netz keine Ereignisse gibt.

Die Wartungsarbeiten sind geplant für :
16.11.2019 von 07:00 bis 19:00 Uhr MEZ

In order to keep our server systems updated and secure, we need to apply patches on a regular basis.

The next patch day is scheduled for Friday, November 15th 2019 between 0:00 am and 4:00 am*.

The patches for the development and QA systems are applied one day earlier on Thursday, November 14th 2019, development starting at 10 am and QA starting at 12 pm. The purpose of this gap is to be able to recognize problems that could be introduced by software patching before the production systems are patched.

There may be short downtimes during service, or when the operating system restarts.

If we don’t receive any feedback, we assume that you agree with the next scheduled update and will perform the update as planned.

Announcement from 09th October 2019:

please be informed about the following  scheduled network maintenance by our carrier CenturyLink.
CenturyLink intends to carry out internal maintenance within its network. This has been classified as ESSENTIAL. The nature of this work is to perform complex circuit re-route. Work is required to groom circuits to new optimum path to ensure the continued integrity of the network. 
During the maintenance window you may experience one period of outage to the maximum of 45 Minutes. 

The maintenances are scheduled for : 
2019-10-16 from 01:00 till 07:00 CEST, as announced on 09 October
2019-10-22 from 01:00 till 07:00 CEST 

We will test the systems after the maintenance window and inform you about the status.

hiermit möchten wir Sie über die folgende planmäßige Wartung am Netzwerk unseres Providers CenturyLink informieren.

CenturyLink beabsichtigt, in seinem Netzwerk eine interne Wartung durchzuführen. Diese wurde als WICHTIG eingestuft. Die Art dieser Arbeit besteht darin, komplexe circuit re-route durchzuführen. Es sind Arbeiten erforderlich, um Schaltkreise auf einen neuen, optimalen Weg zu bringen, um die Integrität des Netzwerks zu gewährleisten. 
Während des Wartungsfensters kann es zur Ausfallzeit von maximal 45 Minuten kommen. 

Die Wartungsarbeiten sind geplant für : 
16.10.2019 von 01:00 bis 07:00 Uhr MESZ , wie bereits am 09. Oktober angekündigt
