- VPN access and CONVOTIS Selfservice system will be unavailable during this window.
Region APAC (UTC+8)
- Monday, May 04th – Development environment starting at 16:00
- Wednesday, May 06th – QA/Stage environment starting at 22:00
- Friday, May 08th – Production systems between 01:00 and 05:00
Region Europe (UTC+1)
- Monday, May 11th – Development environment starting at 09:00
- Wednesday, May 13th – Test/Stage environment starting at 15:00
- Thursday, May 14th- Production systems between 22:00 and 03:00 (next day)
- VPN access and CONVOTIS Selfservice system will be unavailable during this window.
Region America (UTC-5)
- Monday, May 18th – Development environment starting at 06:00
- Wednesday, May 20th – QA/Stage environment starting at 09:00
- Friday, May 22nd – Production systems between 03:00 and 06:00
