Announcement from 16th May 2022:

Dear Customer,

please be informed about the following  scheduled network maintenance by our carrier Lumen in the Datacenter DC3HAM.

Lumen intends to carry out internal maintenance within its network. This has been designated as ESSENTIAL. The nature of this work is to carry out rerouting of the Lumen cable due to the construction of a road bridge in Kamen, GL601002 Ummeln – Lanstrop, Germany. During the maintenance window you may experience one period of outage to the maximum specified below. This maintenance has been mandated by the local civil authorities and is not under the control of Lumen. It will therefore not be possible to reschedule it.

Lumen would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance.

The maintenance is scheduled for :
from 2022-05-19 23:00 till 2022-05-20 06:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time)

We will test the systems after the maintenance window and inform you about the status.

DC3HAM: Lumen Network Issue on 12th April 2022

Lumen finally succeeded to reconnect their datacenter in Hamburg which hosts our colocation DC3.HAM.
We have been checking and verifying all systems afterwards.
Systems including our ticket system are back and available.

The cause of the services interruption identified as Force Majeure Dortmund, Germany. Fibre maintainers are on site and work is ongoing.

Our colocation DC3HAM is still not available. The carrier Lumen is working on the problem.
Unfortunately also our ticket system is affected, we are reachable by mail.

We are experiencing an outage in our colocation DC3.HAM, obviously caused by our provider Lumen. We are in escalation contact with Lument about this and will update you soonest.

Lumen intends to carry out internal maintenance within its network. This has been designated as ESSENTIAL. The nature of this work is to perform a Network Element firmware upgrade. Work is required to perform infrastructure maintenance on core equipment to ensure the continued integrity of the network. During the maintenance window you may experience one period of outage to the maximum of 30 minutes.

Lumen would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance.

The maintenance is scheduled for : 
2022-04-19 from 23:00 till 2022-04-20 07:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time)

We will be on standby during, test the systems after the maintenance window and inform you about the status.
