Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled upgrade for Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL minor version across all environments and regions.
Reason for the upgrade
Starting May 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to create new database instances on certain PostgreSQL minor versions via the AWS Console or CLI. Additionally, Amazon RDS will automatically upgrade affected database instances during scheduled maintenance windows after May 31, 2026.
To maintain stability and ensure controlled, minimal downtime, CONVOTIS will proactively perform these upgrades within the maintenance windows outlined below.
